It’s Ozzy’s birthday today! We had a small gathering here at home last night. It was a small party but definitely fun. Oz had a blast with his cake & balloons. Sometimes we forget how little kids just enjoy the simple things. They don’t need all the fancy smanshzy birthday stuff that costs a fortune!
We had spaghetti, tacos, chips, fish, lechon, ice cream, salad and more! Our closest family & friends were there and it was evident that Oz had fun. Even though I was tired it was all worth it seeing my son’s grin.
My dad’s birthday is also coming up! My sister and I were discussing about what to give him! He literally has everything he needs & those that he doesn’t have - well - frankly is so out of our league, budget wise. That’s why it’s so hard to give Father’s a gift. I know dad would enjoy a funny birthday card or what-not but of course we have to give him something else other than that! A portable DVD player perhaps?
